APA Postdoctoral Fellowships APA is soliciting applications for four congressional fellows who would spend one year working as special legislative assistants on the staff of a member of Congress or a Congressional committee. One of these will be targeted for HIV/AIDS issues. Stipend is $46,600 with an additional $12,300 for senior fellows who have ten or more years of postdoctoral experience.
